8. Pricing & Payment
8.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
8.2 Payment must be made in full at the time you place your Order.
8.3 We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed on the Site.

9. Delivery
9.1 We offer tracked delivery via Royal Mail or DPD, in plain, unbranded packaging.
9.2 Next-day delivery is available for Orders approved before 2 PM (weekdays).

10. Returns & Refunds
10.1 Due to the nature of prescription medicines, we cannot accept returns of dispensed Products unless they are faulty or incorrect.
