At Emeds Pharmacy, we take great care to ensure your order is correct and arrives in perfect condition. This Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations when you need to return a Product.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Prescription Medicines: Due to legal and safety requirements, prescription-only medicines cannot be returned once dispensed, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

• Non-Prescription Items: You may return unopened, unused non-prescription products (e.g. health supplements, veterinary medicines) within 14 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for any reason:

• Any dispensed prescription medicines (unless faulty or incorrect)

• Opened or partially used products

• Perishable goods, personal care items once unsealed

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange:

• A replacement at no extra cost; or

• A full refund, including original delivery charges.

5. How to Initiate a Return

• Your order number

• Product name(s) and quantity

• Reason for return and photos if the item is damaged

Once approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid returns label (for faulty or incorrect items) or instructions for sending the item back (for non-prescription returns).

6. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

• For non-prescription returns, the cost of return postage may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order on our Site.
